"So fortunate have a Bottle King store in our town for everyone’s liquor needs. It’s a massive store with huge inventory of all sorts of items. Beer collection is even better. Huge fridges holding cases of them. For hard liquors I love how they have placards in front of each explaining the origin. The shelves are very tidy. Each section is marked with the type. Alongside liquor they have regular sodas, tasters, snacks, chips and candies. Super friendly staff, checking with customers if anyone needs assistance. Checkout process is fast and easy. Delivery and online order pick up options also available. They have free membership that provides discounts on selective items."

"Jonathan, the man who delivered my order today, is an exemplary employee. I didn't answer right away and he put my order back in the van. When I came to the door, he pleasantly put my two heavy cases back on his dolly and brought them inside the house. No complaints, no eye roll, just a smile and pleasant little conversation. "Great selection and great prices. There is one cashier who is extremely rude. She is the only reason for the 1 star review. We have dealt with her before, but if I’m being honest, we actually wait in longer lines to purposely not deal with her. This last time very specifically we had to deal with her because she was the only register open. We walked up, I said “Hello” with a smile like I always do. She did not respond and instantly started scanning, eventually the only words she annoyingly mustered was “type your number on the keypad” as if she has never seen us before and it was our first time. She said the total out loud and continued to not make eye contact or stray from her very annoyed appearance, she snagged my cash from me and when she counted out the change from her register she literally threw it on the counter. To which my response was “I hope you have a great evening”. I work in an industry with people, I know customer service, and I also know everybody has a bad day…This was not that."
